He is survived by his wife, Gay Kelly Teets; his children, Lonnie Prinkey and his wife, Sharlene, Maple Summit; John Clark, Stahlstown; Kimberly Freeman and her husband, Chuck, Weltytown; Jason Teets and his wife, Carol, and Amy Hruska and her husband, John, all of Jim Thorpe; John E.     Dale Eugene Teets, 51, of Enterprise, died early Tuesday morning (Sept. 23, 2008) in his residence. He was born April 25, 1957, in Fairmont, son of the late Donley and Ruby Lee Schell Teets. Dale Teets attended Enterprise United Methodist Church. He served in the U.S. Army, serving time in Korea, with one year of service. He retired from the federal government as a civil engineer, with 30 years of service. Survivors include his wife, Diane E. Teets of Elkridge, Md.; three sons and their spouses: Dale Jr. and Theresa Teets of Glen Burnie, Md., Michael and Amy Teets of Ellicott City, Md., and Robert Barker and fiancée April Justice of Severn, Md.; daughter, Chrystal Teets of Elkridge, Md.; two grandchildren, Julia and Samuel Teets of Severn, Md.; a sister and her husband, Doris and Jim Cain of Enterprise; and a brother and his wife, Wade and Rebecca Teets of Fairmont. He was preceded in death by a brother, Gary Teets. Mr. Teets has chosen cremation as his disposition. The family will greet friends from 1-2 p.m. Sunday at Enterprise United Methodist Church.
