    by the way, the family didn't seem to think eliza had a middle name. she is only child in birth record of bible without one. her daughter eula never knew of one. eula reminded us of amanda, my g.gm. however they did believe ginnie's name was eula virginia. that was laban's wife.

In the bible record, the oddity is that the births are recorded in the death side and vice versa. The added children are taped to the page, a torn piece with names taped to the births (on the death page). Note the spellings.

Teets.1 Branson Lee Haas was born in June 1878 in West Virginia.4 He died on 18 December 1955 in Aurora, Preston, West Virginia, at age 80.2 He was buried on 25 December 1955 in Aurora Cemetery, Aurora, Preston, West Virginia.2

     Anthony Charles Albert was born on 30 April 1865 in Badkissigen, Germany.2,3 He married Susan O'tilla "O'Tillie" Teets, daughter of Levi Teets and Scottie Virginia Wilson, on 8 March 1903 in Centennial Church, Stemple Ridge, Preston, West Virginia.1 Anthony Charles Albert died on 10 June 1929 at age 64.4,2 He was buried after 10 June 1929 in Aurora Cemetery, Aurora, Preston, West Virginia.4,2

    Mrs. Susan O'tilla Alberts, 83, of Aurora, W. Va., died Thursday morning, April 18, 1940, at the home oft her daughter, at Fort Defiance, Va. She was born June 2nd, 1863 at Lost I River, Hardy County, W. Va. She came to Aurora with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Levi Teets, as a very young girl and had since made that place her home.

    She was married to A. Charles Alberts, who preceded her in death, on Junc 10, 1929. She was one of a family of five sisters and six brothers, all deceased. Since her husband's death she has made her home with her only daughter, Hilda, wife of Capt. H. B. McCrum, of Augusta Military Academy, Fort Defiance, Va.

    A Guard of Honor composed of Cadet Lieutenant Van Metre and Cadet Buckmaster from the Academy accompanied the deceased to her home at Aurora, where funeral services were conducted at 2:00 P. M., Saturday. Burial was in Mt. Carmel cemetery, Aurora.

    She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. H. B. McCrum and two grandsons, Charles B. McCrum and Page. N. McCrum who are both with the army of occupation in the European theatre.
