     Robert Hayden Utt was born on 21 June 1862.¹ He married Viola Alberta Fast, daughter of Waitman Melanethan Fast and Delia Elizabeth Stansberry, on 14 December 1885.¹ Robert Hayden Utt died on 3 May 1935 at age 72.¹

     Launa Vista Fast was born on 7 May 1871.¹ She was the daughter of Waitman Melanethan Fast and Delia Elizabeth Stansberry.¹ Launa Vista Fast married W. Hampton Riffel on 23 April 1899.¹ Launa Vista Fast died on 14 August 1925 at age 54.¹

     Rufus Allen Fast was born on 24 July 1873 in Little Falls.¹ He was the son of Waitman Melanethan Fast and Delia Elizabeth Stansberry.¹ Rufus Allen Fast married Lena Elvira Dixon on 25 December 1898 in Birch River, Nicholas.¹ Rufus Allen Fast died in June 1926 at age 52.¹
     "He was a vigorous boy and at the age of ten years began to use the turn plow and to drive horses. At the age of sixteen he was expert with the scythe and the axe. He early began to earn his own living. The lumber plant at Sutton where he worked established his career. For twenty-five years or more
he graded lumber in the yards of the Cherry River Boom and Lumber Company at
Richwood. On Christmas Day, 1898, he was married to Lena Elvira Dixon at Birch River, Nicholas County. She was born August 17, 1875, and is the daughter of
Thomas Dixon who came from Rockbridge County, Virginia, and who was a typical Virginian farmer."²

     Harry Alonzo Fast was born on 15 July 1875 in Little Falls.¹ He was the son of Waitman Melanethan Fast and Delia Elizabeth Stansberry.¹ Harry Alonzo Fast married Mable Dixon in 1912 in West Virginia.¹
     "He completed the course in the public sheools and taught for four years in Nebraska, Washington, and Idaho. After his return to West Virginia he was married in 1912 to Mable DIXON. By this marriage he became the nephew of his brother Rufus whose wife was an aunt of Mable (DIXON) FAST. They
resided at Gassoway, West Virginia for several years where he did carpentry in
the shops of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad. In 1926 they moved to Penny Farms
near Green Cove Springs, Florida."²

     Mable Dixon married Harry Alonzo Fast, son of Waitman Melanethan Fast and Delia Elizabeth Stansberry, in 1912 in West Virginia.¹

     Herman Otha Fast was born on 9 December 1877 in Little Falls.¹ He was the son of Waitman Melanethan Fast and Delia Elizabeth Stansberry.¹ Herman Otha Fast married Anna Olive Fox on 25 August 1909.¹

     "Herman Otha, who was born December 9, 1977, near Little Falls. From early childhood he loved books and the reading of them which was often practiced in turn on a good story around the family hearthstone in the lewed log house on the farm at Harold. After completing the eighth grade of public schools he attended "Summer Normals", passed the teacher's examination
for certification, and began teaching in 1898. He taught for ten years; then after working his way through the Normal Department of Marshall College at Huntington, West Virginia, he taught in the high schools of Taylor County. In
1918 during the World War he was employed in the office of the Thomas Shoe
Company, Charleston, West Virginia, where he remained until the company closed business May 1, 1929. He is now employed in the office of E.O. Royal Inc., Charleston. After being graduated from Marshal College he continued his education at the University of West Viginia during summer terms, completing three years of college work. He was married August 25, 1909, to Anna Olive Fox
who was a teacher in the public schools. She was the daughter of Camden and
Caroline Fox of Glendon, Braxton County. Herman Otha Fast and his wife are
prominent workers in the Humphreys Memorial Methodist Episcopal Church South where he has been for several years the superintendent of the Sunday School."²

     Iva Edna Fast was born on 26 January 1880.¹ She was the daughter of Waitman Melanethan Fast and Delia Elizabeth Stansberry.¹ Iva Edna Fast married Henry Camden Fox on 23 April 1923.¹

     Selina May Reed was born on 3 June 1887 in Charleston, West Virginia.¹ She married Howard Glenn Fast, son of Waitman Melanethan Fast and Delia Elizabeth Stansberry, on 9 August 1908.¹
     "Howard Gleen, who was born March 15, 1884. He taught school for a while and afterwards entered the employ of what is now Thomas, Field and Company where he is stillhouse salesman afetr a service of many
years. He carries on the musical tradition of his ancestors in the capacity of
violinist and choir director at the South Charleston Methodist Episcopal
Church. He was married August 9, 1908 to Selina May Reed, daughter of John Reed. She was born in Charleston June 3, 1887. They live at 1011 Third Avenue, Charleston, and are the parents of five children."^1,2

     Everett Morgan Fast was born on 21 July 1886.¹ He was the son of Waitman Melanethan Fast and Delia Elizabeth Stansberry.¹ Everett Morgan Fast died on 26 December 1886.¹

     Fletcher Hyer Fast was born on 6 July 1889.¹ He was the son of Waitman Melanethan Fast and Delia Elizabeth Stansberry.¹ Fletcher Hyer Fast married Myrtle Murphy on 24 October 1919.¹
     "Fletcher Hyer, who was born July 6, 1889. He was graduated from the Sutton High School and taught school for several years. Later he attended dental college at the University of Maryland and has practiced
dentistry in Eccles, Raleigh County, West Virginia; Widen and Clay, Clay
County, West Virginia; and Charleston, where he associated iwth Dr. H.H.
Smallridge. He returned to Widen in 1929 where he now practices his profession.
On October 24, 1919, he was married to Myrtle Murphy, daughter of Benjamin F. Murphy. He and his wife are prominent in the Sunday School work of the Methodist Church of Widen."²

     Myrtle Murphy married Fletcher Hyer Fast, son of Waitman Melanethan Fast and Delia Elizabeth Stansberry, on 24 October 1919.¹

     Catherine Sisler was born circa 1844.¹ She was the daughter of George Sisler and Clara G. Wolfe.¹

     Joseph Sisler was born circa 1861.¹ He was the son of George Sisler and Clara G. Wolfe.¹

     James Abraham DeVault was born on 22 August 1856.^1,2 He was the son of Oliver Perry DeVault and Mary Elizabeth Powell.¹ James Abraham DeVault married Mary Emaline Stansberry, daughter of Francis Stansberry and Susan Goodnight, on 8 November 1861.¹ James Abraham DeVault died on 7 September 1943 at age 87.¹ He was buried after 7 September 1943 in Arnettsville Cemetery, Arnettsville, Monongalia, West Virginia.³

     Alice Estella DeVault was born on 28 January 1893.¹ She was the daughter of James Abraham DeVault and Mary Emaline Stansberry.¹

     Bertha Alice Hawkins was born on 1 March 1877 in West Virginia.^3,4,5,6,7,8 She was the daughter of James J. Hawkins and Clarissa Jane Vincent.² Bertha Alice Hawkins married Francis Ellery Stansberry, son of Jonah Stansberry and Sarah Ann Bell, on 6 May 1893 in Palatine, Marion, West Virginia.^9,4,2 Bertha Alice Hawkins died on 6 October 1964 in Monongalia, West Virginia, at age 87.^10,11,3 She was buried on 8 October 1964 in Pisgah Church Cemetery, Monongalia, West Virginia.^11,3
     Bertha entered the Sanitarium in Hopemont, West Virginia on Ocotber 24, 1940.¹²
