Ada B. Herring, 98, of R.D. 1, Farmington, Pa., died Friday March 31, 1995, at the Uniontown Hospital, after an extended illness.
She was born Jan. 14, 1897, in Hazelton, a daughter of the late Jeremiah and Laura Belle Glover Teets.
She was a member of the Wharton Furnace Union Church.
She is survived by a son, Charles Herring of Farmington; a daughter, Faye Dennis of Farmington; a brother, Frank Teets of Friendsville, Md.; three grandchildren, Stanley Dennis, Bill Dennis, and Peggy Fike; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William H. Herring on Sept. 21, 1974; a brother, Harvey Teets; and two sisters, Edith Frazee and Cora Fike.
Friends may call at the Carl R. Spear Funeral Home from noon-9 p.m. Sunday and from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday, April 3, time of service with the Rev. Vincent Cable officiating. Burial will follow in the Webbs Chapel Cemetery, near Hazelton. Donations may be made by the Wharton Furnace Union Church, Farmington, Pa.

"Frank Foster Teets, 94, of 127 Teets Road, Friendsville, MD, died Sunday, May 3, 1998 at Memorial Hospital, Cumberland, MD. Born May 27, 1903, in Hazelton, WV, he was the son of the late Jeremiah Teets and Laura Belle (Glover) Teets, and was the last surviving member of his family.
He was a retired farmer and a member of the Hazelton Church of the Brethren, and Woodmen of the World Lodge 45.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Harvey Teets, and three sisters, Cora Fike, and Ada Herring, Farmington, PA and Edith Frazee, Friendsville.
Surviving are his wife, Agnes (Van Sickle) Teets, and one daughter Marybelle Lohr, Friendsville, one grandson Gary Lohr, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the Newman Funeral Home, Friendsville, Tuesday, from 1 to 9 pm.
Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Wednesday, May 6, at 2 pm with the Rev. Robert Milliren officiating.
Interment will be in the Blooming Rose Cemetery, Friendsville, MD."

Born April 8, 1906, in Friendsville, she was a daughter of the late Lott and Mary Alice (Humberson) VanSickle. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Frank Foster Teets, on May 3, 1998.
She was a member of Blooming Rose United Methodist Church and was a homemaker.
Surviving are one daughter, Marybelle Lohr, Friendsville; two sisters, Lauretta VanSickle, Friendsville, and Blanche Frantz, Markleysburg, Pa.; and one grandson.
Friends were received at the Newman Funeral Home, Friendsville, where a service was conducted Wednesday, Nov. 24, with the Rev. Robert Milliren officiating. Interment was in the Blooming Rose Cemetery.

She was a member of the Sand Spring Church and its Ladies Aid.
Surviving are here husband, Harvey Teets; two daughters, Mrs. Rose Laub,
Confluence, PA, and Mrs. Mildred Umbel, here; eight sons, Arthur Teets,
Stanley Teets, Friendsville, Hazelton, WV; Irvin Teets, Mercer, PA; Glenn
and Orville Teets, Swanton; Warren Teets, Miami, FL; Junior Teets, Chicago,
IL, and Kenneth Teets, Norfolk, VA; three brothers, Dorsey and Harold
Fearer, here; Everett Fearer, Keyser; four sisters, Mrs. Martha Meyers,
