I think what I was after is what happen to the Wilson children of Ed and Cora. Did they take the name of Teets and were raised by the Teets family.
Ed and Clint's parents were John Ellis Wilson Jr and Maria Sisler and Maria was daughter of John Henry Sisler and Margaret Teets. I do have more on these descendants. So the Teets were realted to the Wilson children. They were cousins.
Edward (Edmund) Wilson born 3 Sept 1871 WV, died 30 Dec 1937 He married Cora Lee Stump in West Virginia where he lived in Hannoshville West Virginia. His wife died and it is not known if they had children. In a post card to Edmund from Ella Teets it says to bring them up now and it seems that the subject of the post card may have been about children.
He Married 30 June 1923 (2) to Bessie Spoore. in Oregon. He followed his brother out to Minninsota only to find out his brother and family had moved to Oregon with their children. He married the sister of his brother Clint's wife and they lived in Oregon and are buried in North Plaines, Oregon. .No children to this marriage.
I remember meeting old Aunt Bessie. She was daughter of John L. Spore and Julliet Hamilton. I married into the family in 1960 and met many of my husbands family to whom this line belong.

  10. [S869] Melvina Robinson Wagner, Melvina [e-mail address], email to John Teets, 11/17/2006, Re: JESSE A. BURKE m. RUTH TEETS:
THANK YOU very much for the info. I had most of it, except for the 1860 census where Tasker & Mima Burke are parents. Very interesting.
And yes, Jesse & Ruth (Teets) Burke had two children. Junior Edward Burke b. Oct 26, 1897 in Terra Alta, Preston Co., WV, d. Dec 5 1966 in Malta, Phillips Co., MT. married on Oct 12, 1920 in Glasgow, Valley Co., MT. to Myrtle M. Westman b. 9-5-1899 in Aneta, Nelson Co., ND, d. 2-13-1998 in Glasgow, Valley Co., MT.

Their daughter was Edna B. Burke, b. Aug. 1896 in WV, died Nov 6 1995 in Montana and in 1915 m. (Roy) Royal E. House.
I haven't looked into her family much.

I'm researching the family for the wife of Don Junior Burke, who is the son of Junior & Mrytle Westman.

I was very interested in your Teets Family Tree and all the info on the elder Teets'. My dad was a very good friend of Joseph Teets (Ruth Teets' brother) They grew up on the prairie of Montana, south of Glasgow and I was born in Glasgow as my folks homesteaded north of Glasgow, nearer to Opheim and the Canadian Border. My dad was born in Canada.

Thanks very much for the additional info.
