    I have been trying to figure out how to send you a couple of corrections on my family so be patient with me and here goes a few things
    my mothers Bible I have but, most of the information is of her on her family and on funeral remembrance cards that were tucked in the Bible.
    I do have cards on some of the Teets family I could copy and send to you
    The picture of my grandfather on the net with the unkown woman is my grandmother amanda my dad was so proud of that picture he copied and gave all his children for Christmas years ago

    I was doing a general search for the Caynor surname and came across your website. You have Virgie T. Caynor listed as the d/o David Caynor and his wife. David did have a daughter Virgie but her middle name was Florence and she was born 10/4/1900. There was also a Virgie T. Caynor who was the d/o John T. and Mary S. Caynor. Her name was actually Virginia Teresa Caynor but called Virgie. Virgie was born 3/1887 and died in 1960. She is buried in Congressional Cemetery in DC.

    I did not look at all of your site to see the connection but if you need any information on the Caynor Family let me know. I have been researching them for over 20 years.

He was born Jan 18, 1907 in Brandonville, WV, son of the late John and Ella Seese Teets. He was preceded in death by his wife Leona Cox Teets. Surviving are these children, Betty Dressel of Chalk Hill, Alverta Stefan and Mrs. Ivan (Kathryn) Fike, both of Farmington, Mrs. Melvin (Margie) Shaffer of Fairchance, Raymond Teets of Pt. Marion, and Richard Teets of Fairbanks, 33 grandchildren, and 46 great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, also preceding him in death were three sons, Charles, Thomas and Terry, one brother and three sisters, Arthur Teets, Laceiy Silbaugh, Ida Riggin and Alice Spiker. Friends will be received in the Hakyi Funeral Home, 139 W. Fayette St., Uniontown, today and Monday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9PM and on Tuesday until 11AM, the hour of service, with Rev. Patricia Frick officiating. Interment will follow in Shady Grove Cemeteryi, Brandonville, WV.
