     Joseph Hooker Ocheltree was born on 7 August 1864 in Braxton, West Virginia.3 He was born in February 1865 in Upshur, West Virginia.1 He married Louisa May Lowe/Fronsman, daughter of Nelson J. Fronsman and Sarah Frances Lowe, on 18 March 1886 in Upshur, West Virginia.4 Joseph Hooker Ocheltree died after 1900 in Upshur, West Virginia.1 He died on 12 March 1922 in Kay, Oklahoma, at age 57; Age 58 yrs, 7 mo. 5 days.4
