"Bobbie" Kasten Wilfong, who survive in Buckhannon. Surviving are three sisters, Sandy Hinzman and husband, Danny, of Buckhannon, Connie S. Clem of Buckhannon and Teresa Light and husband, Steve, of Jane Lew; his paternal grandmother, Lena Wilfong, Buckhannon; four nephews, Cody Clem, Joshua Clem, Ethan Clem and Jacob Hinzman, all of Buckhannon; one niece, Kelsey Hinzman of Buckhannon; a special dog, Baby; and a family friend, Margie Slaughter of Buckhannon. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Lurrettia Watson Kasten; his maternal grandfather Otto Kasten; his paternal grandfather, Coleman Wilfong; and a brother-in-klaw, Robbie L. Clem. He was a coal sampler, a member of the Buckhannon Moose Lodge 598 and a life member of the National Rifle Association. Friends will be received from 4-8PM today at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home where funeral services will be at 10AM Saturday. The Rev. Ed Lowther will officiate and interment will follow in Bailey Cemetery.

Riggs on 21 July 1984.1 Sherman Junior Wilfong died on 19 October 2006 in at his home, Tallmansville, Upshur, West Virginia, at age 69.2,1 He was buried on 23 October 2006 in Memorial Park, Buckhannon, Upshur, West Virginia.1

She was a member of the Montezuma Church of the Brethren. Audrey was also a member of the Myers Hodge VFW post 3644, and the Grand Promenades Square Dance Club. She is survived by her two sons, Doug Turner and his wife Lisa, of Dayton, and Danny Turner of Richmond; one brother, Roland Wilfong of Ottobine. Three grandchildren, Chelsea, Philipp, and Travis Turner also survive. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Norman Wilfong. A funeral service will be held 10AM Tuesday, May 24, 2005, at Montezuma Church of the Brethren with the Rve. Samuel Flora and Janet Whetzel officiating. "Pearlie" Wilfong married Alice Virginia Revercomb on 24 December 1948.1 Roland L. "Pearlie" Wilfong died on 7 June 2005 in Bridgewater, Rockingham, Virginia, at age 76.3,1 He was buried on 10 June 2005 in Oak Lawn Cemetery, Bridgewater, Rockingham, Virginia.1

He was a carpenter and wood craftsmand and hand worked for Sancor for 25 years. He also worked for Ellis & Company, W&W Builders and for himself before retiring in 1990. He was a member of Clover Hill United Methodist Church and a member of the Clover Hill Ruritan Club for over 40 years. On Dec. 24, 1948, he was united in marriage to Alice Virginia (Revercomb) Wilfong, who survives. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Gary Lee Wilfong of Harrisonburg, Thomas Wayne Wilfong of Bridgewater; one daughter, Debra Wilfong Bennett of Bridgewater. He is also survived by five grandchildren, John Lee Wilfong, Mindy Wilfong Barnette, Amy Marie Wilfong, Richard Lee Bennett, Thomas Wayne (T.J.) Wilfong, Jr., and four great-grandchildren. River Rose Wilfong, Ashley Marie Wilfong, Daisey Dawn Wilfong, and Jacob Christian Barnette. He was preceded in death by a brother, Norman Wilfong, and a sister, Audrey Turner. She was a life member of Bridgewater Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary, and a member of the Bridgewater Baptist Church. She was united in marriage on December 24, 1947 to Norman Wilson Wilfong, who preceded her in death on September 5, 1994. She is survived by three daughters and son-ion-laws, Carolyn and Vernon Smith of Weyers Cave, Peggy and Wayne Chandler of Weyers Cove, and Vickie and Charlie Craun of Bridgewater; a sister, Doris Cooper of Ft. Defiance, and a brother, Paul Harris at Ft. Defiance.
