    Brooks is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Lisa Raynes Estep and T.J. Estep of Malden. Brooks had two granddaughters, Savannah Brook Estep and Megan Reene Estep at home; step granddaughter, Joanie Meeker of Malden; and a step-grandson, T.J. Estep Jr. of Shrewsbury. He is also survived by his companion, Vada Miller, and her children, Sandy Styles, Patty Crislip and Troy, Bob and Mike Miller. He also had many nieces, nephews and cousins.
    Brooks was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Teays Valley. He worked for and retired from the city of Nitro. Brooks had survived many tragedies in life but had always made the best of the life he lived. He was well known and was loved by everyone who knew him or met him.
    He was preceded in death by his father, Willard ?Whitey? Raynes; his mother, Frances Pausley Bailey Raynes; and his brother, Thomas and Jack Bailey and Forrest Raynes.
    Thankfully, God decided to take Brooks home while doing one of the things he loved to do: fishing. He will be greatly missed by all the people who knew him, especially by Lisa who was and always be Daddy's Little Girl.
    Services will be noon Saturday, Jan. 14, at Cooke Funeral Home, 2002 20th St., Nitro, with the Rev. Millard Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow the services in Groundhog Cemetery, Mount Pleasant, Wirt County, which was Brooks home away from home.
    Friends may call one hour prior to service time at Cooke Funeral Home Chapel, Nitro.

He is also survived by his companion, Vada Miller, and her children, Sandy Styles, Patty Crislip and Troy, Bob and Mike Miller. He also had many nieces, nephews and cousins.
    Brooks was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Teays Valley. He worked for and retired from the city of Nitro. Brooks had survived many tragedies in life but had always made the best of the life he lived. He was well known and was loved by everyone who knew him or met him.
    He was preceded in death by his father, Willard ?Whitey? Raynes; his mother, Frances Pausley Bailey Raynes; and his brother, Thomas and Jack Bailey and Forrest Raynes.
    Thankfully, God decided to take Brooks home while doing one of the things he loved to do: fishing. He will be greatly missed by all the people who knew him, especially by Lisa who was and always be Daddy's Little Girl.
    Services will be noon Saturday, Jan. 14, at Cooke Funeral Home, 2002 20th St., Nitro, with the Rev. Millard Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow the services in Groundhog Cemetery, Mount Pleasant, Wirt County, which was Brooks home away from home.
    Friends may call one hour prior to service time at Cooke Funeral Home Chapel, Nitro.

    He was the beloved husband for 61 years of Maxine (nee Davicino); dearest and loving father of Joan (Steven) Woida and Thomas F. (Marge) Bailey Jr.; proud grandfather of Todd and Scott Woida and Timothy R. and Thomas F. Bailey III; brother of Brook Raynes of Nitro; brother-in-law of Mary Frances Bailey.
    He was preceded in death by his parents, Frances Raynes and Dan Bailey; and brothers, Forest Raynes and Jack Bailey.
    He also is survived by other family and many friends.

    Brooks was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Teays Valley. He worked for and retired from the city of Nitro. Brooks had survived many tragedies in life but had always made the best of the life he lived. He was well known and was loved by everyone who knew him or met him.
    He was preceded in death by his father, Willard ?Whitey? Raynes; his mother, Frances Pausley Bailey Raynes; and his brother, Thomas and Jack Bailey and Forrest Raynes.
    Thankfully, God decided to take Brooks home while doing one of the things he loved to do: fishing. He will be greatly missed by all the people who knew him, especially by Lisa who was and always be Daddy's Little Girl.
