    Joshua Raynes of Georgetown, ME was a shipbuilder and he opppsed England in the Revolutionary War. He was listed as a man of importance in the History of the Wood Shipbuilding industry of the Kennebec River and Province of Maine.
    From the Math Maritime Museum, Joshua built the following:
    - 140 Ton Union (sometimes called Unity) in 1772
    - 100 Ton Cicero in 1783
    - 113 Ton Galbrith (69'10") in 1802
    - 130 Ton Mary & Racheal a Brig (73'04") in 1805
    - 81 Ton Charles (61'00") in 1810.
